About Guardian Funding
Guardian is a privately owned company, operated by Rick Stapleton and Lucy Jones, to provide funding exclusively to parties involved in matrimonial and de facto matter who are unable to pay their legal fees until their settlement can be finalised.
Rick Stapleton
Rick has formerly worked with Bankers Trust Australia and UBS Warburg as an Associate Director in Leveraged & Acquisition Finance. Rick has been involved with the provision of finance for some of Australia 's largest leveraged buyouts and acquisition finance facilities. More recently Rick has been involved with the provision of property and construction finance. |

Lucy Jones
Lucy has been working with Jones Mitchell Lawyers in their accounts and finance departments with responsibility for client accounts, debtor finance and cash flow management. Lucy has an understanding and knowledge of debtor control and finance insofar as it applies to the provision of legal services and particularly in relation to matrimonial and de facto property work. |
