Application Process

The Guardian loan application process is easy and efficient. The loan application is processed quickly upon receipt. Once approved, funds can be advanced promptly after Guardian receives the signed loan documents.

Guardian endeavors to provide a response to applicants within 24 hours of receiving a completed application form obtainable from our website or by contacting our office on (07) 55 915 561.

The Guardian application process can be summarised as follows:

1. The applicant contacts Guardian and requests a loan application form or alternatively downloads the application form from our website.
2. The applicant completes Section A of the application form and provides it to their lawyer to complete Section B.
3. To help us process the application quickly, please complete it as fully and as accurately as possible and fax it to us so we can and will commence the assessment process. No approval can be given however, until the original signed application form is received by us.
4. The loan application is assessed by Guardian who endeavors to respond to the applicant within 24 hours.
5. Once Guardian approves the loan, documentation is sent to the applicant for execution.
6. Documentation may be emailed to the client should the process require expediency.
7. The applicant returns the executed documentation to Guardian.
8. Guardian deposits the required funds into the trust account of the applicant's lawyer.
