What if the facts affecting a borrower's matrimonial or de facto matter change after a Guardian loan has been approved?

The borrower will immediately notify Guardian of any significant change in the status of the family law or de facto matter.

The borrower will at all times immediately after a request has been made by Guardian keep us informed of the status of the family law or de facto matter and provide copies of any material if required.
